  • The promotion will start from – 05/17/2023 at 4:00:00 PM to 12/31/2023 at 11:59:59 PM, GMT +8:00
  • The promotion is only valid for selected VIPs level.
  • The bonus will be awarded in the form of cash.
  • The promotion is offered BY INVITATION ONLY. The player should have received an invitation via SMS from the VIP Manager.
  • To claim the bonus, the player must contact the VIP Manager via SMS/Viber/Telegram: +63 9696038452 or by sending an email to [email protected].
  • If the VIP Manager is not available, you may contact Customer Service (CS) to claim the bonus. You may be requested to show the original SMS by CS upon requesting the bonus. 
  • The bonus can only be claimed once BY INVITED VIP PLAYERS during the promotion period.
  • The bonus amount must be wagered at least 1x to be able to receive the funds. Rollover requirement must be met within three (3) days of the activation of the bonus. In any event, if the bonus is not met within the 3-day period, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited. 
  • The wagering requirements will be applied to any slots and e-Bingo games.
  • The VIP Player must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process before requesting for a withdrawal if they have not previously done so.
  • A withdrawal can only be requested when the wagering requirements are met.
  • The withdrawal processing time frame after satisfying all the rollover conditions may take three (3) business days.  
  • Any request to cancel the bonus prior to meeting the required rollover will result in bonus forfeiture and any winnings.  
  • This promotion is limited to a single redemption per player.   • Only one (1) active bonus can be used at a time.  
  • The order in which funds are deducted is that the Main funds are used first before the Bonus funds.
